Based on on-site raw water conditions, site space and client effluent standards and flow capacity, we adopt mature processes including pretreatment filters, reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, EDI and biochemical treatment. High-Quality Manufacturing & Equipment Supply

With standardized manufacturing workshops and complete production lines, we produce and supply a full range of water treatment equipment and other related pharmaceutical machinery. We adopt strict international manufacturing standards and select high-quality raw materials and core components such as 304/316 stainless steel and world-class membrane elements and instruments to meet cGMP and FDA regulations. Every equipment undergoes standardized assembly, pharma use machines with orbital welding, and endoscope inspection, stainless steel pipeline pickling and passivation procedure, instrument calibration etc to ensure stable performance and long service life. We support customized production, bulk orders and also we act as the sourcing agent for customers to provide on-time delivery for global clients.

On-Site Installation & System Commissioning

We provide professional one-stop on-site installation and system commissioning services worldwide. Our certified engineering team has rich experience in water treatment project implementation. Following international safety and construction specifications, our engineers complete accurate equipment positioning, pipeline laying, circuit connection and system assembly on site. After installation, we conduct comprehensive debugging on system operation, water quality, pressure and intelligent parameters to ensure the whole system meets design standards and runs stably for long-term formal operation.

Operational Training & Technical Guidance

We provide free systematic operation training and full-cycle technical guidance for clients. Our engineers deliver one-on-one on-site training covering equipment working principles, standard operation procedures, parameter setting, daily inspection and common fault troubleshooting. Long-Term Operation Maintenance & After-Sales Service

After equipment delivery and commissioning, we offer regular equipment inspection, system maintenance, consumable replacement and routine performance optimization. Professional Documentation & Strict Quality Control

We implement strict full-process quality control from raw material inspection, production supervision to finished product testing and project delivery. All equipment passes professional hydraulic, electrical and water quality tests before shipment. When delivery pharmaceutical PW, WFI, PSG, granulator, packing machine products, Apex provides complete standardized 4Q (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ), FAT, SAT documentations, operation manuals and P&ID, Layout drawing materials for global project FDA compliance and strict acceptance procedure for strict customers.
